Fleske Commercial Group is a fully integrated commercial real estate firm serving Central Oklahoma from offices at 600 NW 23rd Street in Oklahoma City, with lasting ties to its Norman roots. Partners Eric C. Fleske, SIOR, CCIM, and Nova Fleske built the practice after years in brokerage, finance, and property operations, combining sales and leasing with development, design-build through Phase One Design, and asset management through Touchstone Management. The team works across office, industrial, retail, medical, and land assignments for investors, owner-users, and tenants, guiding clients from site selection and negotiation through construction and ongoing portfolio strategy. That in-house mix lets the firm stay on a project from first consultation to close and beyond, rather than handing work off to outside shops.
